GCSE Masterclass is committed to safe face to face learning. We have taken into consideration Government & Public Health guidelines on social distancing and put in place the measures detailed on the right.

IMPORTANT – Students must NOT attend if they have had any COVID-19 symptoms within 7 days prior to the classes start. If you are unsure on symptoms, please see the NHS website. Students must self-isolate if they are living with anyone or has had contact with anyone who has tested positive for Coronavirus or has had contact
with anyone who is symptomatic and waiting
for results.

You MUST contact us with the subject “COVID” if any student has to self-isolate within 7 days of attending one of our revision courses.

 

Covid - 19 Cancellation Policy

• If a centre or course has to close, for example due to Covid-19, customers will be entitled to an alternative course or  full refund. 

• If a student is unable to attend a course due to Covid-19 or isolation, they will be offered and alternative course and if no suitable alternative is available, they will be offered a full refund subject to reasonable proof of illness/isolation.
