Helen Crabtree, Founding Director
Helen is a highly successful teacher who has used her experience to create GCSE Masterclass. Helen has been teaching for 20 years and in all that time, has only ever received the highest OFSTED grades for her teaching.
For 7 years, Helen was the Head of Key Stage 4 at the College of North West London. Whilst there, she transformed the department from being deemed “in need of improvement” by OFSTED, to having some of the highest results in the borough.
Whilst working as Head of English GCSE at the prestigious Oak House International School in Barcelona, results in Helen’s GCSE classes were the best the school had ever achieved. She continued to improve them year on year whilst in place.
David Marquez, Director
David is Head of Europe, Middle East & Africa Portfolios at the Bank of Tokyo.
David says, “I have chosen to invest in and be a part of GCSE Masterclass as I feel this system is modelled on, yet better than the Spanish ‘accelerator’ courses which allowed me to compete with my privately educated peers. I truly believe this system could help many British students do the same”
